What do I need to review in my online folder?
We recommend that you review everything in your online folder. You will find some documents, such as the Quick Fixx Referral Program, that will require you to submit information electronically back to us. This will enroll you in the referral program and it holds you responsible in knowing how our referral program works and what is expected from you on each referral. You will also see a w-9 in which you will need to print and sign. This w-9 can be scanned and emailed to accounting@quickfixxrockchip.com or faxed to (801) 820-3252.
Do I have to use Quick Fixx invoices on the work I do?
Using Quick Fixx invoices, and contracts, will give you protection when the rare case that a invoice is required to be faxed to the insurance company, and will also help to increase the number of referrals that you will receive. The more work you do, the more work we send you. Besides, Quick Fixx contracts are some of the best in the industry. The only way to get better contract pricing is through quantity and quality. We have to have lots of repairs, and we have to have quality repairs. Using Quick Fixx contracts (providing the Quick Fixx shop or phone number to the insurance company, or network company) enables each job to go towards our quantity and quality ratings. The better our contracts are, the more you will get paid per job.
Where can I find a Quick Fixx Invoice?
A Quick Fixx Invoice, for your location, is found in your online folder. It will be in the following format: State, City Invoice (ie: UT, Salt Lake City Invoice.) You will also find an Invoice Instruction Form. This form will guide you in the steps taken to do an insurance job on your own (one that is not sent from Quick Fixx to you.)
What is the online reporting and tracking?
The online reporting and tracking is a tracking program that tracks all the work you do and submit. You can see what date it was accepted, when it will be paid and if there is an error that you will need to correct in order to receive payment.
Why don't I see my job in my online tracking?
Jobs will usually take one full business day to show in your reporting and tracking after you have submitted the job. If the job does not show within 2 business days you should resubmit the job
How do I sign-in to Tracking and Reporting?
On the "Manager Home" page you will see a place to put your ISO # and your password. If you are a new user, then click on "new user." If you have forgotten your password you will need to click on "Password reset"
It is a way for you to view all of your jobs and all of the jobs performed by your technicians. Once signed-in, it will open up a search box. If you leave all fields blank it will pull up all of your jobs. If you put in a search criteria, it will limit your search to that criteria.
We pay by direct deposit every Friday. However your pay may take an average of three business days to post to your account
How do I sign up for direct deposit?
Click on the "direct deposit form" link on the manager home page.
Click on the "add a technician" link on the manager home page.
Why would I want to add a technician?
It is a great way to grow your business. You will assign an ISO number to each technician that you add. The ISO number will be an extension of your ISO number (ex: if your ISO # is 777-00, you then would assign the first technician the ISO # of 777-01, and the second one would be assigned 777-02 and so forth) You will also assign a pay. Whatever you choose to pay them we will pay them. Everything left, per job, will be paid to you.
How do I add a location, and why would I want to add a location?
Click on the "add locations" link on the manager home page. The reason you would add locations is to grow your business. Each location must have a technician that is willing to accept referrals for that location. Also, each location will receive referrals (according to the quality and quantity of work for that location) so it is a great way to increase your work load or increase the work load of those who do work for you.
How do change the pay of a technician?
Click on the "List of Technicians/Modify" link on the manager home page. Click on "Edit" of the technician that you would like to change. The "Commission" field is how much you are contracted to pay them. The "Compay1 (2) and (3)" fields are used to put in the amount that you would like Quick Fixx to pay that technician from the commission amount. "Compay1" is for all your contractors (ISO# xxx-xx) The "Compay2" is for the subcontractors of your ISO's (ex: ISO# xxx-xx-xx) and the "Compay3" is for the subcontractors of the subcontractors (ex: ISO# xxx-xx-xx-xx) Here is an example of ISO# 100-00 who has a contractor of ISO# 100-01 who he pays $40 per repair. The $40 would go in "Compay1" now lets say that ISO# 100-01 has a subcontractor that is ISO# 100-01-01 and he pays him $30 for the repairs that he does. The $30 would go in the field "Compay2" now lets say that ISO# 100-01-01 also has a subcontractor that he pays $20 for the repairs that this subcontractor does. The $20 would go in field "Compay3."
So, this is how the commission gets broken down:
ISO# 100-01-01-01 does a $60 repair
ISO# 100-01-01-01 makes $20 (the amount listed in "Compay3"
ISO# 100-01-01 makes $10 (the amount of "Compay2" minus "Compay3)
ISO# 100-01 makes $10 (the amount of "Compay1" minus "Compay2)
ISO# 100-00 (Our Technician) makes $60 repair minus $10 (QF Processing Charge) = $50 Minus "Compay1"
So, ISO# 100-00 would earn $10.
Also any "Quick Pay" fees will be deducted from the ISO# of the person listed as the ISO on that specific job.
Think of it this way: We pay our ISO (You...the manager ISO #100-00) the full amount minus our processing fee. You then subcontract work out (so that you can grow your business) to a windshield repair technician (ISO # 100-01) and you pay him $40 per repair. So, Quick Fixx starts sending more jobs and your tech (ISO# 100-01) does work and he gets $40 per repair. Now, your tech (ISO# 100-01) decides that he would like to spread out and cover more area. So, you open a new location, to receive more referrals, and he then starts subcontracting work to another technician (ISO# 100-01-01) and he pays him $30 per repair. ISO# 100-01-01 really starts growing the business and he then subcontracts work out to (ISO# 100-01-01-01) and pays him $20 per repair.
You can continue to grow your business with as many technicians as you would like. With each new technician you will give them an extension off of your ISO# (ex: 100-01, 100-02, 100-03...) and those ISO's can do the same (ex: 100-01-01, 100-01-02, 100-01-03...)
This is the quickest and most successful way of growing your business.
Each new technician is operates as a subcontractor as is their own business
